Services

All engagements are delivered at the ownership and executive level, working directly with principals, CEOs, CFOs, and boards. Where a chief pilot or director of aviation is already in place, they’re engaged as a valued partner throughout — never evaluated or worked around. J. Penn Aerospace Group is an advisory firm, not a broker: we do not sell, list, or represent aircraft for sale, and every engagement is billed as a flat, pre-agreed fee with no transaction commission.

J. Penn Aerospace Group does not negotiate price or deal terms on a client’s behalf. Once you have a clear, independent picture of value and risk, negotiating the deal itself is handled by your own broker or attorney - a deliberate boundary, not a gap. It keeps our advice unbiased: we have no stake in whether, or how quickly, a deal closes.
