Who We Are
J. Penn Aerospace Group is an independent aviation advisory firm working with energy companies, small corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and ranch and agricultural operations across Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma.
We work directly with ownership and executive teams — not flight departments — on the strategic aviation decisions that matter most: whether to own or charter, which aircraft fits the mission, how to structure a lease, and when to buy, sell, or reposition an aircraft.
We are not a broker. We do not sell, list, or represent aircraft for sale, and we don’t earn commissions on aircraft transactions - every service is billed as a flat, pre-agreed fee. Our only obligation is to the client’s best interest.

Why Independent Advisory
Most aircraft transactions involve a broker who earns a commission — which means their incentive is to close a deal, not to protect your interests. J. Penn Aerospace Group operates differently. We charge a flat fee, tiered to the scope of work, and have no financial stake in which aircraft you buy, whether you buy at all, what price you pay, or how quickly a sale closes.
